While there were some hiccups, like an earring plug I found in my bed and a somewhat messy bathroom, the hotel managed to provide a comfortable environment. I appreciated the spaciousness of our room; it allowed us all to settle in without feeling too cramped—a rarity. The kids loved the large TV, which kept them entertained in the evenings. A highlight was when the hotel surprised us by accommodating our random photo request. It added a nice touch to our stay! access to friendly service was inconsistent. The receptionist was, unfortunately, quite rude, which didn’t sit well with us. It seemed like customer service wasn’t a priority for him, as he was dismissive to other guests too. Ibis offers decent family-friendly amenities, but improvements in cleanliness and service would enhance the experience. If you're seeking a convenient stopover or a base for adventure, it serves well, but do keep your expectations in check.
